Jeff Zweifel is a 1987 graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Jeff has a general law practice background with an emphasis in real estate law.  He has acted as general counsel for various title insurance companies for more than twenty years. Jeff’ has a practice concentration on short sale settlement negotiations with lenders for individuals who are selling distressed real property and is certified by the Minnesota Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist.
